Fees

We believe that counselling should be accessible and affordable for anyone who needs to access it.​

We offer two different payment rates based on financial circumstances.

​

Those who can afford it are asked to pay £40 per session, a rate in line with the more affordable end of private therapy pricing.

​

Those on low incomes or benefits pay a small sum per session.

We may be able to offer limited sessions at no cost for those in need.​

As with counselling, we believe that EMDR should be accessible to those seeking to recover from trauma or other difficult life circumstances.

Accessing EMDR through the NHS is difficult, with long waiting lists, and accessing EMDR privately can be prohibitively expensive. Instead we charge a fair fee per session, which will be dependent on your personal circumstances.

Sessions can be paid for individually at the time of the session, or in a block, which would include a discount.

We charge qualified counsellors, charities and organisations £50 per hour.

We charge counselling students £40 per hour.

​

Under individual circumstances there may be scope for a time-limited reduction in cost for students who could struggle with the cost of private supervision.

Students that come to us on placement will receive their supervision free.
